Returns or changes are accepted within 14 calendar days from the day the product is received by the customer. We emphasize that the shipping date of the returned product is considered to be that indicated by the courier on the receipt. The products to be returned should:
- have not been used.
- the package has not been removed.
- there is no falsification or intentional damage in order to return it.
- be accompanied by its retail sales receipt or invoice.
otherwise we reserve the right not to accept the return of the product for change.
For each case of return the customer should contact us via email at email@example.com or by phone at 26510-32759 and fill in the return form. Upon receipt of the product, the necessary check is made for the possibility of defects.
The products that will be purchased should be of equal or greater value.
Shipping costs are borne by the customer.
If, on opening the package, the customer finds a material failure causing the product to be defective or there is a lack of certain parts of the product, paterousibeaute will be contacted to resolve the issue immediately. In this case the customer should send a relevant photo(s) of the defect in order to have an accurate understanding of the problem. The above actions will be carried out after consultation with the importer of the product. The paterousibeaute bears no responsibility for the time that will elapse. For the above reason, you should send it to us exclusively with the courier that we will indicate to you, free of charge.
WRONG ORDER EXECUTION
In cases of sending the wrong code from paterousibeaute.gr we must accept a return of the product or its replacement. In this case we will contact you by phone to process your request.
In case of replacement of the product with a new one to the customer, the shipping costs are borne exclusively by Paterousi Beauty Salon.
In case of refund, this will be done once we receive the product and find that it meets the conditions of refunds mentioned above, immediately after we will deposit in a bank account that the customer will indicate the full amount of the purchase along with the relevant shipping costs if they had existed.
